Business Pilot collects the information you provide directly — including account details, business profile information, financial documents you upload, and the content of your conversations with your AI COO.

This data is used solely to operate and improve your Business Pilot experience: to power your AI COO's memory of your business, generate reports and alerts, and send the transactional and briefing emails you've opted into.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using 256-bit encryption. Your data is isolated from other customers via row-level security and is never sold or shared with other clients.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings. Some records, such as legal consent records, may be retained as required for legal protection and compliance purposes.

If you connect third-party platforms (QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro), Business Pilot accesses only the data necessary to provide the features described for your plan, and stores access tokens securely.
